Elridge Energy Holdings Berhad, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bio Eneco Sdn Bhd, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Berkana Power Company Limited for the annual supply of approximately 100,000 metric tonnes of biomass fuel to Thailand’s power generation market.
Under the agreement, Bio Eneco will deliver 10 shipments per year over an initial one-year period, with an automatic renewal option. The collaboration strengthens Elridge Energy’s regional biomass footprint and supports growing renewable energy demand in Southeast Asia.
