Gebeng Launch

Date: 9 February 2026 Venue: Gebeng, Kuantan, Pahang Elridge Energy Holdings Berhad officially opened its new biomass processing facility in Gebeng, Kuantan, officiated by Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah. Operated by its wholly-owned subsidiary Bio Eneco Sdn. Bhd., the Green Gold Label-certified facility has a targeted annual production capacity of up to 240,000 metric tonnes of export-grade palm kernel shells (PKS). The RM68.14 million investment forms part of the Group’s post-IPO expansion programme and strengthens its export readiness to key markets such as Japan.

Date: 26–28 January 2026 Venue: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Elridge Energy Holdings Berhad participated in IFAT Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia’s dedicated trade exhibition for waste, water and environmental technologies. Berkana MoU

Date: 21 January 2026 Venue: Bio Eneco Kapar Factory, Selangor Elridge Energy Holdings Berhad, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bio Eneco Sdn Bhd, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Berkana Power Company Limited for the annual supply of approximately 100,000 metric tonnes of biomass fuel to Thailand’s power generation market. Under the agreement, Bio Eneco will deliver 10 shipments per year over an initial one-year period, with an automatic renewal option. Date: 19 December 2025 Venue: Bait Al-Hasanah Complex, Klang Elridge Energy Holdings Berhad, through its subsidiary Bio Eneco Sdn. Bio Eneco Secures Landmark Biomass Agreement with JFE Shoji Group

Date: 4th November 2024  Venue: JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur  In a significant step toward sustainable energy, BIO ENECO™ and JFE Shoji Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for an annual supply of 150,000 tonnes of Green Gold Label certified palm kernel shells for 15 years, starting in April 2025.  The agreement reinforces Bio Eneco’s reliability as a biomass fuel supplier and supports Japan’s sustainable energy objectives.
